Tumbling, a class that focuses on gymnastic skills. All abilities are welcome as we aim to build from beginners' level up to advance. This class involves the use of a Tumble track (a long track filled with air, similar to a bouncy castle), air track, rollers and mats. All equipment used is to help students advance their gymnastic skills. Students will learn a variety of gymnastic tricks on the tumble track before moving onto the air track and then progressing to the mats. By doing this we are building their confidence up to demonstrate moves without the support of the equipment. This is a fantastic class to build up a portfolio of gymnastic tricks and stunts to use within other classes and for performances.
